It will take some time to build Banqiao International Cinema City, but the crews “can’t wait” to come to Lin’an for shooting. “At present, more than 30 crews contact us, and we are discussing about several movies and television plays. Therefore, we have established Tianmushan Film and Television Service Center at the launching ceremony, to serve the crews coming to Lin’an for shooting,” said the principal of the Publicity Department of District Committee.

According to reports, Tianmushan Film and Television Service Center was sponsored by the Publicity Department of District Committee, and jointly established by Lin’an District Xinjin Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Time Cloud Holding Group Co., Ltd., and other film and television companies. Hangzhou Time Cloud Group once produced movies and television plays like Decryption, Love Advanced Customization and Soulmate. Tianmushan Film and Television Service Center has established Product Center, Investment Promotion Center, Operation Center, Service Center, Joint Conference and Labor Union of Actors, and it will provide intimate services for various crews. In the early stage, it will provide a “personalized menu” for the crews through investigation and development for Lin’an, and then provide the crews with hotel accommodation, service personnel, costumes and props.

The “Global Shooting Location Plan” will be introduced through the overall layout of “one city, five areas and a hundred scenes”. “One city” refers to the upstream and downstream central hub of “Banqiao International Cinema City”; “five areas” include the east, west, south, north and middle areas divided around the cinema city, covering 18 towns and streets; “a hundred scenes” draw materials from the villages, factory sites and existing scenic areas of 18 towns and sub-districts in Lin’an. It aims to “attract people with scenic spots, spread among people through people, and attract people with people”; make Lin’an “Tianmushan” film and television culture brand famous; create a demonstration area for the film and television industry of the province.

At the launching ceremony, we signed a contract to shoot the TV series Those Memorable Years telling the development course of China’s first generation of aerospace personnel jointly guided by National Space Administration Press and Publicity Center and Publicity Department of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of CPC in Lin’an. It will be shot in April next year, and released before the end of 2025.
