Yang Zewei expressed that the Fifth World Congress of Biosphere Reserves is a crucial platform to showcase Lin’an’s charm and is significant for promoting high-quality development. Currently, Lin’an is leveraging the conference preparations to deepen the construction of a beautiful Lin’an, advancing the new era of the “Thousand Villages Demonstration and Ten Thousand Villages Renovation” project, promoting the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism, and actively transforming “lucid waters and lush mountains” into “gold and silver mountains.” Lin’an aims to create a high-quality ecological barrier. Yang Zewei hopes that the experts will provide guidance to ensure the successful hosting of the congress and to elevate Lin’an’s urban capabilities.
