To supervise the work of the Foreign Affairs Office of District Government, Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Office of Science and Technology, Ecological Environment Sub-bureau, Office of “Five-water Treatment”, Bureau of Commerce, and Jinnan New City Management Committee.
To keep in contact with the Taiwan Affairs Office of Lin’an District, Federation of Trade Unions, Association of Industry and Commerce, Overseas Chinese Federation, Association for Science and Technology, Postal Branch of Lin’an District, Lin’an Branch of China Telecom, Lin’an Branch of China Mobile, Lin’an Branch of China Unicom, and Lin’an power Supply Company of State Grid.
